Brian Wong
Hometown: Newport Beach, California
Brian graduated in 2007 from Newport Harbor High School and currently attends Northeastern University in Boston, MA. Brian started in motorsports at a young age riding around on ATV’s along Pismo Beach. He got involved in organized racing at the age of 13, driving Legend cars. Since then he has moved to Super Trucks, Late Models, and Super Late Models in NASCAR weekly series at his home track, Toyota Speedway at Irwindale. Brian also got involved in sports car racing running a Porsche GT3 factory cup car for two seasons in the IMSA Patron GT3 Series presented by Yokohama. Brian’s sports car racing has expanded his knowledge of road course racing at tracks like Infineon Raceway, Road American, and Mazda Speedway Laguna Seca.
For the 2010 season, Brian has committed to running both NASCAR and American Le Mans Series. The NASCAR series will be a portion of the K&N Pro Series West schedule and the American Le Mans series is entire season commitment running in the new Le Man Prototype Challenge class. Aside from driving on asphalt, Brian enjoys relaxing with friends off roading on the sands of Pismo Beach, Glamis, and Dumont Dunes.
Jennifer Wong
Hometown: Newport Beach, California
Jennifer Wong is a Principal in the ownership and management of World Stage Racing, LLC. Jennifer lives and works in Washington, D.C. where she is a management consultant. A graduate of American University’s Kogod School of Business, Jennifer travels extensively for business, racing and family. Jennifer brings a commitment to World Stage Racing, LLC, furthering her family’s involvement in racing, business and looking to expand on an international platform.
Tim Crawford
Hometown: Southern California
Tim is a Southern California native who currently resides in Glendora, Calif. Tim’s older brother, Chuck, got him involved in cars and drag racing. Tim’s first love is baseball where he played in the minor leagues but then was introduced to the world of stock car racing. Tim has been working with World Stage Racing for the last three years as Team Manager, an importance in making sure the cars and team is ready for race day. In his free time, Tim enjoys outdoor activities, going to races, and spending time with his ten grandchildren who are the joy of his life.
Jerel Reeves
Hometown: Orlando, Florida
Jerel was born in Orlando, Florida where he traveled with his family to seven different states, including California, New Jersey, and Hawaii, all within his high school graduation. Returning to San Diego, California, Jerel enrolled in college, studying Architecture and Geology. Upon graduation, Jerel worked for an Architecture company, which then prompted him to start his own construction and custom cabinetry company with his brother for 25 years. Having a passion for cars and racing his whole life, Jerel began working for several NASCAR Nationwide and Truck Series teams as a fabricator. When Jerel isn’t traveling with the team, he enjoys his free time off shore and fly-fishing.
Chris Janosko
Hometown: Prescott, Arizona
Chris is a California native who currently resides in Prescott, Arizona with his wife, Kathy and youngest daughter, Alyse. Chris’ passion for cars allowed him to become a Mercedes Benz technician just out of high school, introducing him to local and regional NASCAR racing. He also owned and raced shifter karts, Late Models, and Super Late Models. Chris’ experience has allowed him to travel with current NASCAR teams as the driver’s spotter, which is his current position at World Stage Racing. When not at a racetrack, Chris enjoys the outdoors, being on his boat, and riding ATV’s with his family.
Bob May
Hometown: Albuquerque, New Mexico
Bob was born and raised in Albuquerque, New Mexico where he grew up on his family’s dairy farm. Graduating from Valley High School in 1981, Bob furthered his college studies at the Denver Automotive and Diesel College. He then enlisted in the United States Army as a Paratrooper, serving tours of duty in Afghanistan and Iraq. After the Army, Bob went back to college and graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree in Science from the College of Oceaneering and UCLA in Pre-Med. Bob became a commercial diver, diving off the Gulf of Mexico on various oilrigs. Bob’s job title at World Stage Racing is the rear tire changer and mechanic. When Bob isn’t traveling with the team, he enjoys racing the 1973 Ford Pinto with fellow teammates, Jeff and Kevin, at local racetracks in the “Pony Stock” class.
Kevin Myrick
Hometown: Fontana, California
Kevin is a Southern California native, born in Fontana, CA and currently living in Chino Hills. He grew up around drag racing and desert off road racing. Kevin attended high school at Etiwanda and graduated in 2003, then furthered his studies attending Universal Technical Institute graduating with a Mechanical Engineering degree. Kevin has always enjoyed cars and racing which has allowed him to move to Indiana to work for drag racing’s top team, John Force Racing as a mechanic. Kevin then moved onto stock car racing and is a vital crewmember to the World Stage Racing team as the right rear tire changer and a mechanic. In his free time, Kevin enjoys outdoor activities such as snowboarding and racing the 1973 Ford Pinto with teammates, Jeff and Bob, at Orange Show Speedway.
Ed Hill
Hometown: Orange, California
Ed is an Orange County native, where he grew up in Orange, CA attending El Medina High School. Ed went on to mechanic school for Mercedes Benz becoming a Mercedes Benz Master and a factory trained Maybach and McLaren technician. Ed currently works at Fletcher Jones Motorcars and has worked for Mercedes Benz for over 20 years. Ed has always enjoyed racing and has been involved in local racing since the late ‘80’s. He races a Mercedes Benz in the “Factory 4” class at Orange Show Speedway. When not working on cars or racing, enjoys his free time with his wife Laurie and their dog, Wiggles.
Jeff Hensley
Hometown: Cudahy, California
Jeff grew up in Cudahy, CA where he spent a lot of time with his family camping in the desert and riding ATV’s. His parents were race fans and exposed him to drag boats at the Long Beach Marine Stadium, and local Southern California race tracks. Jeff discovered his mechanical talent at an early age, taking apart and rebuilding bikes, which then led to cars as he got older. After graduating from high school, Jeff attended Cerritos College studying automotive technology obtaining an Automotive Service Excellence certification. Jeff has worked at various automotive and performance shops. Jeff is an extraordinary mechanic, jackman, and gasman for World Stage Racing. When Jeff is away from his wrenches, he enjoys being outdoors and spending time with his girlfriend, Veronica, and their three dogs.
Evan Miller
Hometown: Newport Beach, California
Evan grew up in Newport Beach, Calif. where he graduated from Newport Harbor High School along with friend, Brian Wong. Evan has been riding dirt bikes and ATV’s since he was 10 and has always enjoyed motorsports. When Evan isn’t traveling with World Stage Racing as the photographer and graphic designer, he enjoys the outdoors, traveling, photography/visual arts, and exotic foods.
Christine Janosko
Hometown: Irvine, California
Christine is an Orange County native, who currently resides in Irvine, CA. Christine has grown up around cars and racing, with a family background that specializes in Mercedes Benz cars. Christine gets her passion for racing from experiencing her dad, Chris’ racing throughout the years. When not traveling with the World Stage Racing team as the Public Relations representative or attending college, Christine enjoys spending time with family and friends outdoors at the beach, in the desert riding, and at the river.
